Network the remedial builder has been engaged as the head contractor for the remedial repairs to the strata building located in Brighton Le Sands.

Brighton le Sands with its stunning costal views and vibrant community, is a gem of New South Wales. However like any community its buildings require regular maintenance to ensure longevity and safety.

The first stage of works allows for concrete repairs spalling to 5 balconies followed by new screed with falls to drip groove angles.

Trafficable waterproofing system to be installed to create a durable barrier against water ingress while offering a safe walkable surface.

New balustrades: Compliance and safety are top priorities for Network. As part of the remedial works, new balustrades will be installed, meeting required Australian Standards. Not only do these balustrades enhance the buildings aesthetics, but also provide essential protection for residents and visitors.
