Exciting News: Network Construction Services Awarded Balcony Repair Project at Oxford Street, Epping

We’re pleased to announce that Network Construction Services has been awarded the design and construction contract for the balcony repair project at Oxford Street, Epping NSW. This marks our fourth project with this Strata Plan, further strengthening our ongoing relationship.

This comprehensive scope of works will include:

• Demolition of Existing Finishes: Careful removal of all existing balcony finishes to prepare for new installations.

• Rectification of External Walls: Upgrading materials to improve water management and ensure protection against external weather conditions.

• Replacement of Cavity Flashings: Providing enhanced water management and long-term protection.

• Installation of New Sliding Doors: Improving functionality, energy efficiency, and aesthetic appeal.

• New Screed with Falls & Waterproofing System: Delivering a durable, compliant surface with correct drainage and a high-performance waterproofing system.

• New Tile Finish: Installing a premium tile finish for durability, performance, and visual appeal.

• Replacement of Balustrade: Supplying and installing compliant handrails that meet current safety standards.
