Remedial Strata Builder Sydney

Network the remedial builder are under way with the 4th balcony repairs to the unit block located in Crows Nest NSW.

Works include:

Removal of balcony tiling and failed waterproofing system

Repair concrete spalling

Removal of two sets of existing sliding doors & replacement with new

Rectify cavity flashing

Additional expansion joints to brick work as the works were not completed previously.

Install new screed bed so water falls away from building

Install new waterproofing system over and under screed bed

Install elevated paver system
