Network the remedial team are underway with the remedial repairs to the town house complex in Palmer St Artarmon .

The building has magnesite flooring & concrete spalling through out the unit.

Magnesite flooring is a specialized cementitious product.

Concrete spalling is the deterioration of steel reinforced concrete and has the characterized by the appearance of cracks and red rust.
