After successfully completing a water test and report for the owners corp, Network the remedial builder have been engaged for the repairs and rectification to units at St Georges Cres Drummoyne

Scope of works includes:

Removal of existing tiles and cement bed

Grinding back existing waterproof membrane

Temporarily remove and reinstate existing doors, windows & balustrades

Supply and install new waterproof membranes and seals

Supply and install new cement bed with falls to drains Supply and install new paving to balconies
