Remedial Builder Sydney

Network the remedial builder, has been called to a unit block on the northern beaches of Sydney, to inspect water ingress and cracking.

After our remedial team inspected the site we found a poor attempt to rectify a previous issue. Firstly the contractor installed a waterproof membrane over rusting roof sheeting. Secondly the contractor has waterproofed over the flushing, not allowing water to escape. Due to poor workmanship, major remedial rectification works are required.
