Network the remedial builder are underway with the repairs and rectification to the unit block at St George Crescent Drummoyne.
The project is currently in the demolition stage.
Project will involve structural modification, re-sheeting of balconies, waterproofing & tiling.
Removal of existing glazing and rectification works to hobs and flashing.
