Remedial Builder Newcastle

Network the remedial builder has been engaged by Eurobodalla Shortland Village to inspect and investigate the defects to unit's 18 & 19.

The inspection concluded the footing settlement, diagonal cracking to external walls & water damage around the shower recess.

Network have engaged a structural engineer on behalf of the building manager & to finalize a scope of works for the repairs, which includes reinforced concrete piers to the southern, northern & western elevations.

Repair damaged brick walls & repoint brick works.

Strip and rebuild bathroom.
