Scope of works includes:

Demolish existing tiles and membrane from balconies and grind remove existing planter boxes

Remove existing sliding doors

Prep surface and seal cracks and joints

Investigate and repair cross cavity flashings

Supply and install new waterproof membranes with falls to drains

Lay new cement bed and tiles
