Remedial Builder

Network the remedial builder have been engaged for the sunken pier repair to St Vincent's de paul store in Moss Vale.

Aging buildings can suffer from piers sinking due to unstable ground.

The sunken piers have caused the doors to rub against the floor. Also section of the floors have dipped.

The remedial team will raise the floor using hydraulic jacks and installing wedges between the piers & bearers to close the gap and keep the floor level.
