Following the successful completion of the balcony remediation works at the Point Piper property in 2025, The Network team has been formally engaged to undertake further remedial works to the 100+ year-old residence.

The scope of works includes the removal of existing internal linings and finishes to multiple below-ground-level areas to expose the structural substrate. Upon completion of demolition, we will implement negative-side waterproofing systems to address hydrostatic pressure and moisture ingress, together with associated drainage modifications to improve subsoil water management and relieve external water loads against the structure.

All works will be undertaken in accordance with manufacturer specifications and relevant Australian Standards to ensure the internal environments are appropriately protected from ongoing water ingress and moisture migration.

Upon completion of the remedial waterproofing and drainage upgrades, The Network team will proceed with reinstatement and internal fit-out works.

The Network team continues to deliver complex remedial solutions across Greater Sydney, particularly in heritage and aged structures where moisture ingress and structural interface issues require specialist expertise.
