Remedial Builder

Network the remedial builder have been appointed to rectify the failing balcony at the Panania residence.

The remedial repairs will including the following scope of works.

Strip and salvage the existing hand rails

Strip the existing floor finishes investigate where the waterproofing has failed

treat the sub-straight with new waterproofing membrane. Apply a new cement bed to create falls, followed by another waterproofing membrane.

Network have worked closely with the client to select new tile finishes.
