Strata cladding replacement

Network the remedial builder have been awarded the cladding replacement to the unit block located in Beaconsfield NSW

The building facades are enclosed with precast concrete wall panels and aluminium framed windows and balcony doors. Areas of the building facades and roof are also enclosed with Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) Cladding. These ACP panels have been identified as presenting a very high risk for flammability.

The purpose of this contract is to remove and discard all existing aluminium composite panels (ACP’s) including all associated trims, angles, sealants, fixings etc from locations nominated and be replaced with Vitradual aluminium panels
