Project Win: Mosman Façade and Window Upgrade

We are proud to announce that Network Remedial has been officially appointed as the principal contractor to deliver the façade and window upgrade to a prominent residential building located in Mosman, NSW.

This three-storey red brick building, nestled in one of Sydney’s most desirable suburbs, is set to undergo a significant transformation to enhance its structural integrity, visual appeal, and long-term performance. After several months of collaborative discussions, careful planning, and competitive negotiations, Network was selected as the preferred builder for our strong track record in delivering high-quality remedial solutions across similar multi-residential sites.

The scope of works will include essential façade remediation, window replacement, and compliance upgrades to improve waterproofing, energy efficiency, and overall building longevity. These upgrades will not only extend the lifespan of the building envelope but also elevate the overall presentation and functionality of the property.

Network is committed to working closely with the building’s stakeholders, strata representatives, and residents to ensure clear communication, minimal disruption, and a successful project outcome. Our team will be onsite in the coming weeks to begin preparations and mobilise for commencement of works.

We thank all involved in the tender process for their time and trust, and we look forward to delivering a high-quality result that meets both the practical and aesthetic expectations of the owners and residents.

Stay tuned for more updates as works progress.

Once again Network are the remedial builder of choice for building projects across the state of NSW
