We’re thrilled to announce that the Network Construction Services team has been awarded the design and construction contract for the balcony repair project at Boonefin Rd Hunters Hill NSW.

This comprehensive project will involve:

• Demolition of Existing Finishes: Removing all current finishes to prepare for the new installations.

• Replacement of external wall lining & insulation: Ensuring water management and protection from the external weather conditions

• Replacement of Cavity Flashings: Ensuring proper water management and protection.

• Installation of New Sliding Doors: Enhancing functionality and aesthetics.

• Application of New Screed with Falls and Waterproofing System: Providing a durable, waterproof surface with proper drainage.
