Existing client contacted Network Construction services regarding issues with existing timber flooring. After Network carried out a detailed inspection of the sub floor, the following items were found to defective.

Whites ants infestation

Lack of drainage to the perimeter walls

Foundation clearance only 200mm which does not meet code requirements.

Previous builder have left timber debris within sub floor

No ant cap installed to perimeter walls

Network's team of tradesmen are now underway with the rectification works.
